Gabbing on:
"Staying with what you know strengthens your perspective yet does not necessarily broaden it. A routine and comfort zone can hold you together but can also hold you down wih fear and non-daring. Our natural ability to adapt and grow is a strength that is not supported by a static routine and surroundings that supports what we like best about ourselves.
Routines must be developed but more importantly must evolve and change. Comfort zones are great if used as a launching pad from which you can reach for greater personal fulfillment.
A routine and a place of comfort provides us with some sense of control in life but is that enough to meet our needs for fulfillment and meaning?"
