Only your individual perception gives life and death their own unique meaning.
Beyond this, they are just aspects of how the Universe eternally and randomly evolves. So relax and make it what you choose it to be, you're in it eternally anyway.

Daily you are part of the process of life and death, so why not explore it in your own way. Whether by fear, joy, flamboyance or isolation - just try it your way. Just do it.

Everyone that experiences you will carry a part of your life story, whether they are family, friend, or foe. There is no one that you can exclude from your life story until you have acknowledged them and find their place in your authentic story.

So whatever I am to you, please understand my value and purpose in your current place and use me - it is only then that I will disappear into the natural space I am intended to occupy in your life."
